When
you see a women closet, you may find hundred pair of shoes and many
outfits, still whenever she has to go somewhere, being unsatisfied
she definitely look for another pair of shoes and new dress. Women
are crazy...i know. (Winked)
The
wish-list probably is endless alike dreams, isn`t? When you grow up
and experience life, you regret of lot many things you have not
achieved you always wished for.
You
may regret of not expressing the one you loved, regret of not
traveling your favorite place, regret of not having a passport,
regret of being in a wrong job, regret of choosing engineering or
medical, regret of being married to the wrong person, regret of not
buying your favorite car, regrets of having fear from adventures,
regret of not quitting from terrible job, regret of being smaller,
regret of not trying harder in school and college, ahhhh so many
regrets i am still thinking about, happening in day to day life
around me.
Time
flies very easily, this simply ached on my heart whenever i get ready
for the office on Monday morning and wait for another weekend, regret
of being not enjoyed my last weekend. Silly, I know but it is the
fact. I wait for the weekend so rigorously.
We
are so busy in our lives. We distract probably for different reasons
everyday. If you have asked your biggest regrets of life, you
probably begin to think as if you are sitting on a death bed. Believe
me, there are many reasons to find atleast one regret, because we do
not live alone. We live in a society with family and friends and
compromise to shrug away many of our dreams.
A
few days back i was traveling in a Delhi-metro and some incident has
made me realize why do we keep chasing what we really wish for.
There
was an old couple entered in a metro from Rajiv-Chowk metro station
and i gave my seat to the old lady who was barely able to stand on
her own. She was with her husband who was holding her hands tight. He
politely thanked me for my kindness and I'd just responded with my silent smile as an acceptance. A few minutes later the same old aunt
asked me- how to operate the smart-phone that i have as she was
planning to buy one and very cutely asked her husband to look on that
how i was operating?. I gave a quick look to them with a surprise,
smiled from within and just got my eyes down in the state of
realization. Initially i was thinking, what would be the challenge
for that very old couple to travel in such a messy rush in business
hours? And their excitement of using smart-phone made me explicable
everything. I hope, who all are reading this can easily relate why
they do not want to regret anymore for anything in their life.
I
regret of being not in touch with my old school buddies, i missed
those days badly. Truly if i look back and start thinking I really
regret of so many things i have not achieved yet and also for what i
have lost.Days turn to months and years and then decades. Time is in
the same pace, Age is growing, people we meet are changing and life is going on!
Do
you also have regrets?? Please pen down here in comments what are the
biggest regret do you have till date, I can assure you once you truly
come out of this, you will start finding a way to accomplish.
If
really there are no regrets, then only be lessons in your life.
“Live
with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Play with abandon.
Laugh. Choose with no regret. Appreciate your friends. Continue to
learn. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.” ~ M. A.
